Will ProVideoPlayer run on Intel Macs? |
| ProVideoPlayer fully supports Intel Macs being a Universal binary. Thus, the software is compiled for both the PowerPC processor as well as the Intel processor though the latter is preferred at this point. |

Why does my Purchased Stock video stutter or hesitate? |
| Smooth playback can be effected by the Codec used for compression and the Data Rate of the compression settings. Movie clips that you receive from a manufacture are set to the highest quality possible. Original files from various manufactures should be compressed for optimum playback for the target machine. We have found Sorenson 3 and DV produce a nice balance between high quality and high performance. Avoid H264 or PhotoJPEG as they are processor intensive and will likely decrease the performance of video playback within PVP. |

What video formats are supported? |
| Any video format QuickTime recognizes is playable within ProVideoPlayer. The speed of your machine and the type of compression will dictate how smoothly the videos playback. |

Where can I get more Stock Video? |
There are many companies that produce beautiful engaging video libraries. In fact, you can purchase additional clips right from within ProVideoPlayer in two different ways. You can either choose the "Buy More Clips" from under the "Help" Menu or right click on a clip you like to see it's maker and choose "More Clips from". Either choice will take you to a web page where you can browse and purchase from a large library of clips (from numerous vendors).

How do I move files from the library to a new playlist? |
| Hold down the Command key. Click and drag a clip over to the library. You may also hold down the Shift key in addition to the Command key to select multiple clips. You might find the List view easier while creating and populating playlists. Command-L will go to List View. Command-K will take you back to Thumbnail View. |

How do I get the video to display on a Projector? |
| You must first have a projector connected to the Monitor port on your computer. Select Window-Show Video Window (Command-1) from the file menu to show or hide the video out. ProVideoPlayer will automatically detect an external Screen. If the video appears over top of the ProVideoPlayer interface on the main screen, you will need to quit and restart ProVideoPlayer for it to auto detect an external Screen. Use Video Preferences to adjust output settings. |
