Single User License: $399 (NON-Concurrent use)
Our Single User License allows installation on multiple machines of the same platform, but only runs on one machine at a time without the watermark. Concurrent use, such as during the main service and a separate Youth program, requires a site license. This license is platform specific (Mac or Windows, not both).
Site License: $799 (Concurrent use)
Our Site License allows you to run it in multiple environments on one campus simultaneously (each campus requires it's own license). This license works on both Mac and Windows versions.

Software licenses cannot be transferred (sold or donated) to another organization or individual. For a detailed description of how our licensing rules work, please click below:

Single User License

You may load the software on as many machines of the same platform as you want (all Macs or all PCs), but you can only use one copy of it at a time in a live environment (in front of an audience). All other copies using the same single license will run with the watermark as depicted below. This is best termed a non-concurrent use license and platform specific.

NOTE: A Single License is platform specific (Mac or Windows - not both) and good for only one campus. Software licenses cannot be transferred (sold or donated) to another organization or individual.

Site License

A Site License may be used in as many live environments as needed on a single campus simultaneously (multiple buildings is fine). Essentially, our site license is priced as a "Buy 2 get unlimited free" of our single user license pricing. It's also platform independent. So if you want maximum flexibility to operate ProPresenter on any platform in as many rooms as you like, the Site License is a great value.

NOTE: A Site License works on both Mac and Windows. If you have multiple campuses, then EACH campus must have its own single-user or site license.

ProPresenter version 5.1 (Mac)

Processor: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor or better
OS: MacOS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) or later
RAM: 2 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)
Grahics Card: Dual display with screen spanning capability (a dedicated graphics card with 512MB VRAM is recommended)
Stage Display: Additional output required for stage display function (third video out - PCI or USB). Only current iMacs and Retina MacBooks have 3rd video output built-in to support this out of the box.

ProPresenter version 5 (Windows)

Processor: 2.0GHz Core 2 Duo or above
OS: Windows 7 or later (with Service Pack 1, 32-bit or 64-bit)
RAM: 4 GB recommended
Graphics Card: A dedicated/discreet graphics card is required. We recommend an NVIDIA GeForce series or ATI Radeon HD series card with a minimum of 1GB of dedicated memory. DirectX 9.0c or later is required. (Intel HD and AMD FirePro cards are not supported. NVIDIA Quadro cards are not recommended.)
Stage Display: Additional output required for stage display function (third video out - PCI or USB)

NOTE: For heavy or advanced use of video (i.e. multiple video clips per slide, HD content, etc.), a faster system is advised.

ProVideoPlayer (PVP)

Processor: Intel processor (PowerPC processors are not explicitly excluded, but for those we are unable to provide support)
OS: MacOS X 10.5.8 or later
RAM: 2 GB RAM
Graphics Card: Dual display with screen spanning capability 256MB (512MB recommended)
