Single User License: $399 (NON-Concurrent use)
Our Single User License allows installation on multiple machines of the same platform, but only runs on one machine at a time without the watermark. Concurrent use, such as during the main service and a separate Youth program, requires a site license. This license is platform specific (Mac or Windows, not both).
Site License: $799 (Concurrent use)
Our Site License allows you to run it in multiple environments on one campus simultaneously (each campus requires it's own license). This license works on both Mac and Windows versions.

Single User License

You may load the software on as many machines of the same platform as you want (all Macs or all PCs), but you can only use one copy of it at a time in a live environment (in front of an audience). All other copies using the same single license will run with the watermark as depicted below. This is best termed a non-concurrent use license and platform specific.

NOTE: A Single License is platform specific (Mac or Windows - not both) and good for only one campus. Software licenses cannot be transferred (sold or donated) to another organization or individual.

Site License

A Site License may be used in as many live environments as needed on a single campus simultaneously (multiple buildings is fine). Essentially, our site license is priced as a "Buy 2 get unlimited free" of our single user license pricing. It's also platform independent. So if you want maximum flexibility to operate ProPresenter on any platform in as many rooms as you like, the Site License is a great value.

NOTE: A Site License works on both Mac and Windows. If you have multiple campuses, then EACH campus must have its own single-user or site license.

ProPresenter Remote Instructions

ProPresenter Remote requires iOS 3.1 or later for iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad, ProPresenter 3 or later, and a Wi-Fi connection shared between your computer and your iPhone.

You need to purchase and download the ProPresenter Remote App from Apple's App store (in iTunes or from the device you wish to run it on). Click here to see/purchase it in iTunes.

Note: Having Bluetooth enabled is known to slow the app down a great deal, so it's recommended Bluetooth be turned off for optimal performance.

Step 1: Enable the server in ProPresenter

Make sure you have version 3 or later of ProPresenter for Mac installed (available here)
Make sure your computer is connected to a wireless network that is shared by your iPhone.
Launch ProPresenter and select "Preferences" from the "ProPresenter" menu.
In ProPresenter 3 or 4,Select the Modules tab at the top of the window that appears.
In ProPresenter 5, select Network from the tab at the top of the window that appears.
In this tab, you will see the options for the ProPresenter Remote server. Here you an enable/disable the server, which will toggle on/off your ability to connect to the ProPresenter machine. You can set separate passwords for controlling or observing the ProPresenter application from this screen.

Step 2: Launch the ProPresenter Remote on your iPhone/iPod Touch

proremote_1 The screen that appears will show you all machines running the ProPresenter Remote Server. Select the desired machine from this list, enter the appropriate password for observing or controlling.

Clicking any presentation will show you the slides of that presentation.

If you are in "Observe" mode, the application will follow along with the slides as they are advanced by the operator on the ProPresenter machine. If you are in a "Control" mode, then selecting a slide of any presentation will cause ProPresenter to switch to that presentation and select that slide immediately. The Previous and Next buttons will accomplish similar behavior. You can also back-up to select a different presentation at any time.

To display the "clear" options (clear background, clear text, etc), shake your iPhone/iPod Touch and select the option you wish (only available in Control mode).

Adjunct: Firewall issues

If you have the OS X Firewall enabled or are having issues making the connection between your iPhone and your computer, try these steps.

Step 1: In System Preferences -> Security -> Firewall, choose "Set access for specific services and applications" (usually has the default setting of "Allow all incoming connections").

Step 2: Click the "+" button to add ProPresenter and choose "Allow incoming connections" for ProPresenter in the list. You may have to click "allow" in a prompt each time you start ProPresenter.
