How do subscriptions for ProPresenter work and what do they mean for you?

The new way to access ProPresenter

Since the launch of ProPresenter 7 and ProPresenter+ in 2020, we have received feedback from users about how the licensing model can be confusing; paying a large up-front fee and then a ProPresenter+ fee annually for updates and support access.

Now, we are changing that and offering ProPresenter as a monthly or yearly subscription.

Streamlined activation

Say goodbye to unlock codes, hello usernames! You no longer need to keep track of license information. Everything is now controlled by simply signing in!

Flexible billing

Gone are the days of renewals and complex pricing structures. You can add or remove seats to your plan so you only pay for exactly what you need.

Device management

Now you can see all of your devices and deactivate seats that you don’t need, freeing them up to use elsewhere.
