How do subscriptions for ProPresenter work and what do they mean for you?

The new way to access ProPresenter

Since the launch of ProPresenter 7 and ProPresenter+ in 2020, we have received feedback from users about how the licensing model can be confusing; paying a large up-front fee and then a ProPresenter+ fee annually for updates and support access.

Now, we are changing that and offering ProPresenter as a monthly or yearly subscription.

Streamlined activation

Say goodbye to unlock codes, hello usernames! You no longer need to keep track of license information. Everything is now controlled by simply signing in!

Flexible billing

Gone are the days of renewals and complex pricing structures. You can add or remove seats to your plan so you only pay for exactly what you need.

Device management

Now you can see all of your devices and deactivate seats that you don’t need, freeing them up to use elsewhere.

You'll have instant access to the latest releases of ProPresenter as they become available.

Because you have already invested heavily in ProPresenter and have an active ProPresenter+, we are offering you a discount for subscription that’s the same price that you are already paying for ProPresenter+.

Instead of renewing your ProPresenter+, you will create an account and migrate to a subscription.

If you cancel your subscription, your existing perpetual license will work with the last version available at the time your ProPresenter+ expires.
