Snow Leopard Compatibility
(Mac OS 10.6)

All known issues with ProPresenter have been addressed in version 3.5.4. This includes the random crashing issues some have experienced in the Editor panel when copying and pasting from other applications. None are known with ProVideoPlayer (PVP).

That said, we always recommend holding off on major upgrades if you don't need them. As far as our software is concerned, there is no benefit to Snow Leopard (10.6) over Leopard (10.5).

ProPresenter
All new ProPresenter 3 purchases qualify for a FREE upgrade to ProPresenter 4 when released. Installation of an unlocked ProPresenter 3 application is required to participate in the Public Beta program. When the final version of ProPresenter 4 is released, eligible users will be sent an unlock code automatically to the email address provided at the time of their ProPresenter 3 registration.

Single User

Single License: May install on multiple machines, but may only be used on one computer for ONE EVENT AT A TIME (successive, not concurrent use).

The following is our upgrade pricing for any customer who purchased ProPresenter prior to September 2009. Orders placed in or after September 2009 will automatically receive a free upgrade to Pro4 when it is officially released.

In order to qualify for any discounted upgrade, we must verify your existing license and determine it's eligibility for a discount. Please provide the information required below so we can determine what you are eligible for (this information must be entered exactly as you received it on your original purchase).


Be sure to enter the Registration Name and Unlock Code exactly as originally sent (99% of failures are due to data entry error).

ProPresenter Advanced Module

This software module unlocks a number of advanced features that go beyond ProPresenter's native abilities and includes the following:

  • Enhanced multi-screen support of a Matrox DualHead2Go or TripleHead2Go (* hardware sold separately and available below).
  • ProPresenter Network node module for remote control of ProPresenter backgrounds by a ProVideoPlayer Master
  • SDI module for outputting all video through the Firewire port or an SDI card.

Software module that unlocks the ability to create an advanced, broadcast quality Key / Fill solution for those who have switchers that support this ability. This allows ProPresenter to output two separate channels of video, one being an alpha channel, the other being the fill for the keyed alpha channel. * REQUIRES a MacPro tower and a Blackmagic Decklink HD Extreme 3 card sold separately.

Includes the following:

  • Output separate Key / Fill channels for broadcast quality switchers
  • High-end downstream key (DSK) layering lower thirds on video from switcher.
